NEW DELHI : Pakistani forces are firing heavy mortars deliberately
towards Indian civilian areas, says BSF IG D K Upadhyay.
BSF fires only towards military bunkers from where Pak
forces fire. We have inflicted heavy damage on 14 Pak bunkers said BSF IG.
