JAMMU, Oct 7: Army today provided requisite assistance in terms of safe drinking water, hot meals and medicines to the people, who have migrated from border areas of Pallanwala sector and have taken shelter in the camps at Government Secondary School, Khour and Government Primary School, Tingri (Kalith) and
“The effort was undertaken to mitigate the hardships faced by the citizens and instill faith and confidence amongst them”, an Army official said, adding, similar assistance will also be given to the affected people in other camps located near Akhnoor in the forthcoming days.
