JAMMU, July 17: The idol of Bhagwan Shri Nandi Ji was installed today at Shri Ranbireshwar Temple, Shalamar Road.
The programme was organized by Shri Ranbireshwar Mandir Welfare Committee (SRMWC) and Jammu and Kashmir Dharmarth Trust.
The idol of Bhagwan Nandi Ji was installed with special Pooja performed by senior priests, Pandit Raghubir Shastri, Pandit Krishan Shastri and Pandit Som Shastri.
MLA Jammu East, Rajesh Gupta, participated in the programme. He was accompanied by Prof Shyam (Mandal president), Chaman Lal (secretary) and Dharmarth Trust secretary, Shashi Khajuria.
The members of the SRMWC present on the occasion were Onkar Sharma, Anubhav Suri, Mandeep Sharma, Suresh Sharma, Raj Kumar Gupta, Nagarmal Gupta, Advocate Kapil Sharma, Rameshwar Sharma, Arpit Abrol, Adovocate Jyoti Sarup Mishra, Rajinder Magotra, Sanjeev Dogra and Dolly Abrol.
