JAMMU, July 15: Senior BJP leader, Tarun Vijay, today appealed leaders of all political parties to rise above politics and strengthen hands of the PDP-BJP Government led by Mehbooba Mufti to bring peace and calm in the Valley.
“They must get the healing touch and whatever differences one may have with a section, that shouldn’t become a hurdle to provide humanitarian help. Let all NGOs believing in serving people in distress send help and all injured must get the best treatment and a caring hand”, the BJP leader said.
He said that India must protect its humanitarian values and children of Kashmir are children of India that must be the spirit to forget differences and bitterness. Saluting the spirit of togetherness, Kashmiri society has shown in such times, Tarun Vijay said that the resumption of Amarnath Yatra is a good sign and we must recognize that they are the Kashmiri people who have helped it happen.
Tarun said that politics divides but human values bind us together and build bridges in difficult times. “The pains and sorrows of mothers of Kashmir must not be ignored, they are like our mothers and we must do everything to wipe out their tears. It’s not just Kashmir but Kashmiris are also our own people, the BJP leader said.
