JAMMU, July 14: BJP Kashmir Displaced District president Chand Ji Bhat has constituted Grievances Cell headed by Sharda Nandan Bhat its vice president to look into the problems of the displaced people who were affected by Valley turmoil since 1989.
The other members of the Cell included Avtar Krishan Sher and Chaman Lal Koul.
