JAMMU, May 30: A victim of train accident today succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital.
According to a police spokesman, a man identified as Thoru Ram (65) son of Nand Lal, a resident of Vijaypur, was shifted here at GMCH on May 22 when he received serious injuries after being hit by a train at Vijaypur Railway Station.
“However, the man succumbed to his injuries today. The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for post mortem”, he said, adding the concerned police have taken cognizance of the matter.
