JAMMU, May 21: The dead body of a man was found today in a stationary truck in Nagrota area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, the man identified as Sarabjyoti (50) son of Shakti Kumar, a resident of Gurha (Bakshi Nagar), was found dead in a stationary truck bearing registration number JK02T-6595, at Panjgrian area of Nagrota, this evening.
He said the deceased man was driver of the truck and probably he died due to some illness. “However, a case in this connection has been registered at police station Nagrota and proceedings initiated under 174 CrPC while the body was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital for post mortem”, the spokesman added.
