JAMMU, Sept 16: A free Medical and Drug Awareness Camp was organised by GRP Jammu in collaboration with Shiv Mandir Charitable Trust, Shiv Market, Jammu Railway Station, in the premises of GRP lines, here.
A team of doctors headed by Dr Vishal R Tandan under the close supervision of SP, Jammu Railways, Shiv Kumar, provided free check up and medicines to the patients.
The camp was inaugurated by Manoj Raina, a railway employee, who recently won an amount of Rs 1 crore in the famous show Kaun Banega Crorepati.
During the camp, the general people were awared about many diseases like Hypertension, Diabetes and Joint related disorders. Free Blood sugar check up and Neurological evaluation facility were also given to the needy. The camp was well attended by DTM, other officers of Railways and BSF, SDPOs and SHOs of GRP Jammu.
