JAMMU, Mar 7: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by one Sunil Kumar seeking closing down of industrial unit set up in residential area, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat has directed the State to file objections within four weeks.
In the petition, it has been submitted that the industrial unit namely Kalsi Tyre Retreading is creating pollution and health hazards in Bahu Fort area.
Senior Advocate SS Lehar appeared for the petitioner.
