NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid tributes to RSS ideologue Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on his Punya Tithi, saying his selfless service remained the party’s inspiration.
”Pandit Deendayal ji remains our inspiration. Selfless service came naturally to him. His life was devoted to serving the nation and the poor,” he said in a message.
Asserting that the NDA Government remained committed to Deendayal?s idea of Antyodaya or serving the very last person in society, the PM recalled his ”exemplary skills as a political organiser. He groomed several Karyakartas, who went on to give their lives to the nation.”
