KATRA, Dec 10: Police has nabbed an absconder, who was evading his arrested for the last around two years.
SHO Katra alongwith Police team, laid a special naka at Railway Station Katra and apprehended Jaswinder Singh alias Sundri of Sarna Katra, who was facing trial in JMIC Katra in case FIR No.305/2012 U/S 341/147/148/323/RPC P/S Katra.
A warrant was issued U/S 512/CrPC from Munsiff JMIC Katra against the said absconder on 06.01.2014 and he was evading his arrest since then.
The arrested absconder has been produced in the court of law.
