JAMMU, Oct 28: Jammu and Kashmir People’s Democratic Party (PDP) leader and member J&K State Advisory Board for Gujjars and Bakerwals, Abdul Hamid Choudhary today said Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed is putting in his best efforts to ensure equitable development of all three regions of the State and also ensure a complete transparency and accountability in execution of works while utilising public money in several projects of importance.
The party patron, he said, had been relentlessly touring the State to review various restoration and ongoing projects. After Jammu city the Chief Minister visited Srinagar city only to ensure that projects of public importance are completed within stipulated timeframe.
Choudhary Hamid said old Legislature Complex will be a historic move by which not only the past glory of this building will be restored but the offices housed in this complex will get state of the art accommodation.
Chief Minister’s concern of keeping the heritage values intact while restoring buildings and bridges is also a welcome step, Choudhary Hamid added.
