Hashimoto visits Jamkash, appreciates performance

Jammu, Sept 22: T. Hashimoto, Executive Director (Marketing & Sales), Maruti Suzuki India Limited today visited the Jamkash Vehicleades and appreciated the performance of the dealership and its systems of operation.
He was accompanied by Partho Banerjee, President Sales & Network (NEXA), Rohit Agnihotri, Commercial Business Head (NEXA) and  Ankur Sharma, RM (NEXA), Malu Malendru, RM MSIL (North) and Himanshu Asopa, Area Manager MSIL, J&K.
The visiting MSIL team also inspected the site of the upcoming NEXAS Showrooms of Jamkash on the National Highway Byepass.
He was briefed that from 15 people in 1987 the Jamkash Vehicleades group has now more than 6000 employees and is the largest dealer network of Northern India besides being among Top 4 Maruti dealers in India spread across 4 states – J&K, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and New Delhi.
General Manager Jamkash, Col. Rattan Singh briefed the visiting Suzuki dignitary about the awards & recognitions that the dealership has received over the last decade. The General Manager also informed him about the consistent growth in Sales & Workshop over the last decade. He informed Mr. Hashimoto that the market share of MSIL in J&K had increased by 8% in the last year and in this the major contribution has been from Jamkash Vehicleades Group.
Mr. Hashimoto was also briefed about the Rural Outlet Concept whose pilot in the country was launched by Jamkash Vehicleades and the success of the pilot led to its adoption all over the country.
Col. Rattan Singh informed the visiting dignitaries of MSIL about the Quality After Sales Service being provided by the Jamkash Vehicleades Group and the highest Customer Satisfaction Index achieved by the Group.
Mr. Hashimoto visited the entire premises and lauded the role of Jamkash Vehicleades being played in the Automobile Market in the Northern India.
NEXAS- the new Sales Channel of Maruti Suzuki India Limited of Jamkash Vehicleades is also being launched on the National Highway Byepass soon.
DGM Sales (Group), Sunit Singh, DGM Sales, Sumit Malhotra, DGM Marketing,  Sidharth Manhas and others were also present on the occasion.
