JAMMU, Sept 15: Shoaib Mohammad Naikoo, Under Secretary to Government in Industries and Commerce Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Private Secretary in the Personal Section of the Minister of State for Health and Social Welfare, with immediate effect.
A formal order in this regard was issued today by the General Administration Department.
