RAJOURI, Aug 31: A villager was seriously injured after his motorcycle was hit by an Army truck in Manjakote area of district Rajouri today.
A police spokesman said that mishap took place at around 11.30 am today when the biker namely Lal Mohammad, resident of Bhata Durian village in Mendhar was returning to the village on motorcycle No. JK-12/ 9332. The truck belonging to Romeo Force unit hit the bike, causing serious inquiries to the rider. He was rushed to Manjakote hospital by police and later referred to Rajouri hospital. The police has registered a case in this connection. The condition of the injured was said to be serious.
