JAMMU, July 22: The dead body of an unidentified man was recovered today here from General Bus Stand.
According to a police spokesperson, the dead body of a male aged about 35 years was spotted this morning by some passers-by under the flyover here near Bus Stand.
They informed the police who reached the spot and shifted the body to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu, for identification and post mortem.
A case in this regard has been registered at Bus Stand police station, where police has started inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC.
According to the police, there is no injury mark on the body of the deceased who appears to be non-local.
