POONCH, June 25: A young girl died and her father among five persons were injured when a Tata Sumo, carrying them, rolled down at Kalar, here today.
The deceased has been identified as Tahira Barkat (15), daughter of Barkat Hussain of Kalar. The injured, identified as Mohd Ajaz, Liaqat Ali, Mohd Ismail, Begum Jaan and Barkat Hussain, all resident of Kalar, have been admitted in District Hospital Poonch.
The accident took place when the Tata Sumo, bearing registration number JK12-4766, was on way from Kalar to Poonch.
