All issues of border residents will be solved: Ashwani Sharma

ARNIA , Mar 29: Former MLA Bishnah and senior BJP leader, Ashwani Sharma has said that all the pending issues of residents of this border town will be solved with the help of Central Government at an earliest. Be it, compensation of crop damage, fencing on agriculture land and injuries occurred to the residents in recent border firing, every issue will be addressed soon.
Speaking during a meeting in Arnia town today, Ashwani Sharma said that days are not far away when people living in border areas would get ‘ache din’ as Central Government led by Nerendra Modi is committed to the welfare of the border residents.
“Our government has been put in place in the State in coalition with PDP and soon you people will get what you deserve and have been deprived by successive governments in the State and at Centre,”
Sharma told people with huge round of applause.
Former MLA said that during recent torrential rain, crop faced huge damage and also during cross border firing people suffered injuries, adding apart from that all pending issues regarding development, up-gradation of Primary Health Centre (PHC) to sub-district hospital will be addressed in upcoming days.
He said that compensation of land which came under border fencing has already been taken up with the government of India and due compensation will be given to people who are waiting since long.
Sharma appealed the Government to open Degree College in Arnia town so that local youth get chance to study in their vicinity.
He informed that with Prime Minister’s initiative, all panchayats will be connected with Information Technology (IT) mission, National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN).
He condemned recent twin terror attack in Samba and Kathua districts where innocent lives were lost.
