JAMMU, Feb 16: BSF School felicitated SOF winners in the morning Assembly, today.
The National Science Olympiad and National Cyber Olympiad was held in the school during the session 2014–15 under the supervision of Dr S S Khokhar.
165 students appeared wherein top three rank holders from each class were awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze medal by Science Olympiad Foundation.
SOF has introduced a new award i.e. Gold Medal of Excellence for the students who have achieved top 25 ranks in their respective States. Dr S S Khokhar Principal BSF School felicitated the students by giving certificates and medals to them and also expressed his appreciation for the co-ordinator of these exams.
Hiteshwar Sharma, Danish Rakwal, Garima Braroo, Sativa Wangnoo, Shashank Raina, Ishan Kotwal, Ribu Katyal, Akshit Singh got Gold medals, Manmohit Singh, Anjali, Akshay and Rohit Kashyap (Silver) whereas Suchita Koul, Tejasvi Zutshi, Smridhi Mahajan, Abhijeet Parihar, Sanamdeep and Shubham Sharma got Bronze Medal. Gold medal of excellence was awarded to Sativa Wangnoo, Ishan Kotwal and Akshit Singh for their remarkable performances in these exams.
The co-ordinator of SOF Exam was Dev Raj Sharma.
