JAMMU, Feb 13: N. N. Vohra, Governor, had asked the DGP for detailed reports on the two recent incidents, in which young men lost their lives at Palhallan and Trehgam.
Immediately on return from Delhi, where he had gone for attending Governors Conference, the Governor reviewed both the cases with DGP, K. Rajendra Kumar, and directed that stern action against the defaulters should be taken and a further report sent to him.
