UDHAMPUR, June 6: Mystery shrouded the death of a woman who was found hanging from a tree near her house at village Kirmoo, here today.
The deceased, identified as Manju Devi, (40) wife of Madan Lal, resident of Kirmoo, was found hanging from a tree under mysterious circumstances. On being informed by some locals, Ramnagar Police rushed to the spot and shifted the body to SDH hospital Ramnagar for postmortem.
Even as Police has registered a case and started further investigation, the deceased appeared to have committed suicide for the unknown reasons.
