DLSA organises training for newly engaged PLVs

RAJOURI, May 24: District Legal Service Authority (DLSA) Rajouri organised a two day refresher training course for the newly engaged Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) at District Court Complex Rajouri.
The training programme was inaugurated by Rajinder Sapro, Chairman (Principal District and Session Judge) DLSA Rajouri.
Secretary DLSA Rajouri, Shama Sharma educated the trainees on schemes of National Legal Service Authority and role of PLVs with respect to access to justice.
Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Chief Legal Aid Defence Counsel was resource person to impart training to newly engaged PLVs. Deputy LADC Mir Parvaz and Tarannum Afzal Malik, Assistant LADC were also present in the session of training.
The supporting staff of LADC and all the PLVs of District Rajouri participated in the refresher training programme.
On 2nd day of the training (May 23, 2026), District Labour Officer, Neeraj Kumar apprised the trainers about the schemes of Labour Department including Labour Card, Education Assistance to the wards of the Labourer.
Mohd Anwar Assistant LADC and Rajesh Kumar, Chief LADC Rajouri also spoke on the occasion.
