JAMMU, May 24: Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) activists here today staged a protest demonstration demanding restoration of Statehood to J&K.
The protest was led by MSJK president, Sunil Dimple who claimed that the Centre is ready to give special status, Article 371 and Statehood to Ladakh. He flayed the dual policy of the Central Government.
“Our 90 MLAs are useless and they should learn from Ladakh leaders,” he maintained demanding that PM Modi should fulfil his promises made in the Parliament for the restoration of Statehood to J&K at the earliest.
The MSJK leader also demanded unification of Ladakh, PoJK, Gilgit, Baltistan with J&K.
He claimed that all the political parties have Article 370 and J&K Statehood in their election manifesto but they are doing nothing for the restoration of Statehood.
Mohinder Kumar, Deepak Kumar, Sudesh, Ricky Bhasin, Hasan Khan, Mohd Amien, Ibrahim, Daleep, Vikas Kumar and others were also present in the protest.
