JAMMU, May 21: Natrang is all set to organise Children Theatre Camp from the first week of June, 2026, offering young participants a vibrant platform to explore creativity, confidence and communication through the medium of theatre.
This was informed by Director of Natrang, Balwant Thakur here today.
Addressing a press conference, Thakur said that the camp has been specially designed as a unique and comprehensive theatre training programme for children. Beyond acting and stagecraft, the initiative aims to nurture multiple life skills that are essential for the holistic development of young minds.
He said, “The camp will focus extensively on enhancing public speaking abilities, communication skills, personality development, storytelling techniques, creative expression, confidence building, team spirit and leadership qualities. Through carefully curated activities, games, theatre exercises and interactive sessions, children will get an opportunity to discover their hidden talents and overcome hesitation and stage fear in a joyful and encouraging environment.”
The Children Theatre Camp by Natrang has earned immense popularity over the years for its innovative approach and transformational impact on participants.
Hundreds of children who attended previous editions of the camp have greatly benefitted in academics, communication, and overall personality development.
Many participants have also gone on to excel in cultural and creative fields.
Interested parents and guardians are encouraged to register their children at the earliest as seats for the camp are expected to fill quickly due to overwhelming response every year.

Senior artists, Neeraj Kant and Sumeet Sharma, Padma Shri awardee were also present during the conference.
