JAMMU, May 13: At the Bharatiya Janata Party Trikuta Nagar office, weekly public grievance redressal programme was chaired by State Vice President of BJP and Incharge of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Rakesh Mahajan.
The programme was attended by Rajesh Gupta, District President Jammu, Sunil Raina, General Secretary Jammu, Sandeep Kandari, District President Anantnag, Rakesh Koul, KDD District Prabhari Chand Ji Bhatt, along with senior leaders and workers of the Migrant Cell and Kashmiri Displaced District unit of the party.
A deputation of various Cells of the party also called on Rakesh Mahajan under the leadership of Ved Parkash Sharma, Incharge All Cells, Sham Lal Langer, State Convenor Trade and Industry Cell, Department Incharge Ravi Bakshi and Minority Morcha Prabhari Parmjeet Pammi. The deputation discussed several public and organizational matters concerning the common masses and local traders.
Numerous deputations and individuals apprised Rakesh Mahajan of various civic and public issues being faced at the grassroots level. During the interaction, people highlighted concerns related to developmental works, public utilities, administrative matters and other day-to-day issues affecting the common masses.
Rakesh Mahajan patiently listened to all deputations and immediately contacted the concerned departments and authorities for the timely redressal of the grievances raised by the people. He assured the visiting deputations that all genuine issues and pending works would be strongly pursued with the concerned authorities in the coming days.
Rakesh Mahajan reiterated that the sole agenda of the Bharatiya Janata Party is to work tirelessly for the welfare of the common masses and to ensure that public grievances are addressed promptly and effectively. He further stated that the party remains committed to maintaining close coordination with the people and providing them a strong platform to voice their concerns and seek resolution of their problems.
