JAMMU, Apr 28: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has regularized the promotion of Vinod Kumar Pandita, Incharge Under Secretary, as Under Secretary in the J&K Secretariat (Gazetted) Service-I in Pay Level-8 (Rs 47,600-1,51,100) with effect from June 18, 2025.
