HARIDWAR, Apr 22: International research organisation ‘Frontiers in Clinical Diabetes and Healthcare’ has proved that not only insulin but the entire treatment is essential to beat diabetes and for this, Yoga, Pranayam, meditation, balanced diet and life style needs to be improved and traditional therapy needs to be practised.
The research was published in this April and it was also established in the research that by adopting Yoga and Pranayam and other such things, the patients can control their sugar levels, stress and they can also improve constructive quality of their life.
The research study analysed about 612 researches and it was led by Patanjali Yogpeeth general secretary, Acharya Balkrishan.
Before going for the conclusion of the research, it was tested on four counts like clinical treatment, Yoga and alternative therapy, Ayurveda and India centred viewpoint along with exercise and glucose control.
The research has special role and contributions of Research Division of Patanjali Herbal, Patanjali Researh Foundation, Haridwar, Uttrakhand, Department of Allied and Applied Sciences, University of Patanjali, Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar scientists, Jaya Uprati, Muskan Chowhan, Mayur Chowhan, Prashant Katiyar, Anurag Dabas and Ved Priya Arya while the research has a very important role of general secretary of Patanjali Yogpeeth, Acharya Balkrishan.
