JAMMU, Apr 13: Chairperson of Nirbhay Bharat Foundation, Tarun Uppal met Member of Parliament (MP), Shrirang Appa Barne in Jammu and held discussions on socio-political factors concerning J&K.
Uppal highlighted opportunities for collaboration to support youth development and proposed the launch of a cultural and educational exchange programme between the youth of J&K and Maharashtra.
The meeting focused on understanding the current challenges and potential pathways to empower young people in these regions. Uppal emphasized the importance of cross-cultural interactions and exposure to new ideas as a catalyst for youth growth and community integration.
“By initiating an exchange programme, we can create a platform for young people from J&K and Maharashtra to share their unique cultures, perspectives and aspirations,” said Uppal.
