JAMMU, Mar 15: The new officer bearers of Arya Samaj, Mirpur Balidan Bhawan Bakshi Nagar, were elected in an election meeting, held here today.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Dr Vidhya Dhar Shastri.
During the meeting, Dr Anita Gupta was elected as new president, Sanjiv Gupta was elected as General Sercreaty and Renu Ratta was elected as the cashier.
Moreover, the others team members included Pawan Gupta, Rama Aggarwal and Narender Trehan as vice presidents, Yogesh as Prachar Mantri, Pravesh Ratta as Secretary, Vishal Sharma as store incharge and Sangita Gupta as librarian.
Ravi Kant Gupta and Dr Vidhya Dhar Shastri respectively were elected Sangrakshak (Patron) and Ved Prachar Adhishtata respectively.
In addition to the elected team members, the executive committe members Anil, Ram Gopal Aggarwal and from Mahila wing Sunita Gupta, Neena Trehan and Surbhi Gupta were also elected.
