JAMMU, Mar 7: Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) activists here today staged a protest demonstration against the increase of Rs 60 in price of domestic and Rs. 120 in commercial LPG gas cylinders. They raised slogans against the increase in prices of petrol and diesel. The protest was led by Sunil Dimple, MSJK president who while addressing the protesters demanded rolling back of the increased prices of LPG. He also demanded bringing the prices of LPG, petrol and diesel under GST. Dimple claimed that the government has increased prices of milk, curd, food grains and all edibles due to which the poor families are suffering.
Prominent among the protesters present on the occasion were Dev Raj, Sudershan Sharma, Kala Kumar, Bramu Sharma, Vipan, Mukesh, Ram Kumar Das, Rakesh Sharma, Vicky, Shafi Khan, Akbar Khan, Nazir, Shafi and others.
