JAMMU, Jan 30: PoJK Visthapit Sewa Samiti, J&K, today released its Annual Calendar–2026 at its office in the Ved Mandir Complex, Ambphalla, in the presence of Dr. Vikrant Sharma, Prant Sah Sanghchalak.
Releasing the calendar, Dr. Sharma emphasized the Parliamentary Resolution on reclaiming Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir (PoJK) from Pakistan’s illegal occupation and called for sustained public awareness on the issue.
Dr. Deepak Kapoor, President of the Samiti, said that the theme of the 2026 calendar highlights maps of PoJK tehsils, showcasing important towns, villages, temples, and gurudwaras as they existed before 1947, along with the concept of Akhand Bharat and undivided Jammu & Kashmir prior to 1947.
Arun Chowdhary, general secretary, informed that this is the fourth consecutive annual calendar dedicated to PoJK, aimed at creating awareness among the PoJK displaced community and the general public.
Prominent persons present on the occasion included Ashik Khajuria, R.K. Chibber, Sardar Damanjeet Singh, Dr. Sanjogita Soodan, Veenu Khanna, Preety Chowdhary, Jagdev, Shubham, and Naresh Vohra among others.
