JAMMU, Jan 22: The Jammu and Kashmir Election Department has assigned the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) powers of all District Election Offices in the Union Territory to the Accounts Officers or Chief Accounts Officers posted in the offices of the Deputy Commissioners.
