SRINAGAR Dec 19: Awami Itehad Party (AIP) leader, Anwar Jan, was booked under Public Safety Act (PSA) for his activities which are “prejudicial for the security of the State”.
He was earlier arrested by the Police and booked under PSA and sent to District Jail Bhaderwah. As per the order, he was booked under the Act for his track record.
Jan contested assembly elections from Kokernag assembly seat last year.
