JAMMU, Nov 25: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has approved the constitution of a Technical Appraisal Committee to vet the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for establishing 376 Astro Physics Labs (Aaghaaz Labs) in Government schools across the Union Territory.
