RAJOURI, Oct 11: MLA Thannamandi, Muzaffar Iqbal Khan, today undertook a comprehensive tour of Darhal block to review the progress of ongoing development works aimed at strengthening local infrastructure and enhancing public amenities.
During the visit, the MLA inspected key projects including the Malhut Bridge, Hill Tak Bridge, the under-construction Government Degree College Darhal, and the FCI building at Malhut. He assessed the current status of these projects and directed officials to ensure timely completion while maintaining strict quality standards.
Accompanied by XEn Thannamandi, who provided on-ground updates, the MLA engaged in detailed discussions on project timelines and resource allocation. Prominent local citizens, Sayed Shadab and Rakes Manhas, also joined the inspection, appreciating the MLA’s proactive involvement in monitoring public works and promoting accountability in execution.
Addressing the media, MLA reaffirmed his commitment to accelerating rural development, enhancing road connectivity, and creating durable public infrastructure across Thannamandi and Darhal regions. He stressed that development initiatives should reach every household and pledged continuous efforts to transform the area into a model of inclusive growth and progress.
