Week -long Bhawat Katha by Narayan Parivaar concludes

JAMMU, Sept 21: The 7-day Bhagwat Katha in Kashmiri language, organized by Narayan Parivaar in collaboration with the Management Committee of Shiv Shakti Mandir, Roopnagar Enclave, concluded today with grandeur, devotion, and immense participation of the community.
The sacred series, which commenced with the Kalash Yatra from Akhnoor to the temple and daily Gita Aarti, has over the past week spiritually enriched hundreds of devotees. Each day brought divine discourses, soulful bhajans, and inspiring teachings from Shriman Bushan Lal Bhat on Vyas Peeth.
On the concluding day, Bushan Lal Bhat delivered a powerful pravachan on the divine Leelas of Bhagwan Shri Krishna, interwoven with self-composed bhajans that deeply touched the hearts of devotees.
In his discourse, he emphasized: “Listening to the Bhagwat Katha is not only an act of devotion, but a path to inner peace, spiritual growth, and fulfilment of life itself. Those who absorb its teachings attain both worldly harmony and eternal bliss.”
The congregation, absorbed in Bhakti, sang, danced, and chanted in unison, filling the temple with an atmosphere of divine ecstasy. The event culminated in resounding chants of “Jai Shri Krishna,” which echoed through the temple precincts.
Despite the humid conditions, the temple management made every effort to serve and comfort devotees, earning heartfelt appreciation from all present. The successful completion of the 7-day Katha was seen as a collective blessing for the community, strengthening bonds of faith and devotion.
The event concluded with collective prayers for peace, prosperity, and spiritual upliftment of all devotees.22
