UDHAMPUR, July 27: A free homeopathic health camp was organized today at Jorh Camp in Udhampur, drawing an encouraging response from the local residents as well as Amarnath pilgrims.
The camp was inaugurated by senior political leader and local MLA, Balwant Singh Mankotia, who graced the occasion along with his supporters.
A team of dedicated doctors led by Dr Shakti Dhar Sharma, along with Dr Rohini Sharma and Dr Aakansha Sharma, rendered their expert medical services during the day-long camp. The team provided free consultations and distributed homeopathic medicines to over 300 individuals who turned up at the venue seeking treatment for various ailments.
The camp witnessed participation not only from the local populace but also from several Amarnath Yatra pilgrims who found the free service timely and helpful.
The camp arrangements were coordinated by Kripal Singh, Satish Sharma (president, Devi Pindi Trust) and Inder Bakshi. The organizers reiterated their commitment to holding similar health outreach activities in the future.
