Sanatan Dharm Sabha organises one day convention

JAMMU, June 15: Shri Sanatan Dharm Sabha J&K here today organised a one day convention of all Sanatan Dharm Sabhas of J&K.
The convention was presided over by Parshotam Dadhichi, president Shri Sanatan Dharm Sabha (SDS) J&K and office bearers of all Sanatan Dharm Sabhas like SDS Kishtwar, Doda, Udhampur, Katra, Reasi, Kathua, Samba, Vijaypur, Poonch, Rajouri, Surankot, Mendhar, Naushera, Batote, Baramula, Bijbehara, Kupwara, Srinagar, Mugalmaidan, Bhallessa, Palmar, Dachhan, Paddar, Thathri, Karthai, Thakrai, Nagseni, Kaalguni, Gandoh, Bhaderwah, Kahara and Bassikalan participated in it.
Proceedings of the convention started by the lighting of ceremonial lamp and this followed tribute paying to those who sacrificed their lives for the nation.
The inaugural session was started by Mukesh Kumar, Prant Pracharak RSS. The delegates of the convention emphasised the need to constitute a Sanatan Board so that all the temples, shrines and other religious places of Hindus should be handed over to and be controlled by the Sanatan Board.
Speaking on the occasion Parshotam Dadhichi urged the Police Department to take stern action against bovine smugglers.
Among those who attended the convention were Shakti Gupta, former District & Sessions Judge, Prabhat Singh Jamwal, Arun Gupta, president CCI, Shakti Dutt Sharma, Chairman Baba Kailakh Dev Sthan, Rajesh Gupta, Anil Magotra, Subash Kumar, Ajay Khajuria, Dr Sanjay Kaushal, Atmaram Sagar, Ashok Mahajan, Vijay Kumar, Aashutosh, Anil Masoom, Sanjay Koul, Manav Mahajan, Hitesh Malhotra and Kamal Singh.
Proceedings were conducted by Sanjay Gupta, general secretary of the Sabha.
