JAMMU, Apr 11: The Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Department of the Jammu and Kashmir Government today allocated departments among the law officers for redistribution of the litigation works amongst them.
As per an order, Mubashir Majid Malik, Deputy Advocate General will look after the litigation works of Industries and Commerce Department, SIDCO, SICOP, Architect Organization, Chief Town Planner, Information Department, ARI and Training Department, and School Education Department of district Budgam and Baramulla.
Similarly, Government Advocate Illyas Nazir Laway has been allocated the Housing & Urban Development Department including Urban Local Bodies, Srinagar Development Authority, Higher Education Department, J&K Lake Conservation and Managing Authority, Revenue Department district Budgam and Bandipora, Estate Department, and JKBOPEE.
The order further said that Government Advocate Rekha Wangnoo will oversee the litigation works of Skill Development Department, Archives, Archaeology and Museums, Sericulture Department, Department of Culture, and Government Press.
