AKHNOOR, Mar 11: Six persons including driver were injured when an auto-rickshaw, on way to Nathal in Khour from Akhnoor overturned on the road near Chinota today.
According to the information, an e-rickshaw going from Akhnoor to Nathal (Khour) overturned near Chinota in the afternoon. It said driver lost control over the e-rickshaw on increasing speed, Six person on board were injured.
Passersby took all the injured to PHC Pallanwala where the doctors gave first- aid to all the injured and referred them to GMC Jammu. The injured have been identified as Varun Kumar (9) resident of Nathal; auto driver Pawan Lal (40), resident of Balli Nathal; Meena Devi (32) resident of Nathal; Danvi Devi (15), resident of Nathal; Purna Chau (50), resident of Jogwan Tehsil Kharah Balli; and Kamlesh Devi (45), resident of Jogwan, Tehsil Kharah Balli. Police have registered a case and started investigation.
