POONCH, Jan 31: A massive fire has broken out in the forest area near the Line of Control (LoC) in Mankote sector of Mendhar Sub Division in Poonch district.
The blaze has triggered multiple landmine explosions, creating fear in the entire area. Reports said the fire is suspected to have originated from across the border in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK). The Indian Army is actively engaged in efforts to control the flames and prevent further damage.
