MAHAKUMBH NAGAR, Jan 21: The Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has set up a digital exhibition at the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj, offering the public an easy-to-understand overview of India’s New Criminal Laws.
These include The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, The Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, and The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
The exhibition, located along Triveni Marg, uses interactive displays like anamorphic walls, LED TV screens, and holographic cylinders to provide information on these laws, as well as various government welfare schemes, new policies, and the Indian Constitution.
The digital exhibition explains that the new laws aim to ensure justice and fairness, incorporating technology to enhance legal processes and citizen safety.
These laws aimed at making India’s justice system more transparent and efficient, addressing modern challenges such as cybercrime and organized crime, while ensuring justice for victims.
