JAMMU, Jan 15: Prominent Kashmiri Pandit (KP) leaders M.K Yogi and Vinod Pandita here today appealed PM Modi, Union Home Minister and Lt. Governor of J&K to create and advertise 20,000 permanent posts for educated youth of KP community living in exile.
Yogi further said that despite passing of more than 14 years, no permanent job package has been granted in favour of KP youth and their community is facing hardships and hurdles in improving their livelihood.
Vinod Pandita expressed grave concern for non seriousness of previous Governments towards rehabilitation policy for displaced KPs.
He appealed the PM for initiating special steps for making the jobs of PM package employees permanent with all provisions of usual benefits like normal employees.
