JAMMU : As many as 126 civilians today crossed sides in a weekly Poonch-Rawlakote bus service via Chakka-da-Bagh along the Line of Control in Poonch district.
“From this side of the border, Pakistan Occupied Kashmir citizen returned home but 14 fresh Indian citizens went across in a weekly bus when the gate was opened at 1505 hrs,” official sources here said.
They said that from the other side, fresh 65 PoK residents reached Poonch while 47 Indian citizens returned to their homes after completing their stipulated stay in PoK.
The gate however closed at 1530 hrs while senior police and administrative officials were also present on the spot. (AGENCIES)
