Support PDP to change present corrupt system: Sharma

KATHUA, Apr 14: Senior PDP leader and Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) Yash Pal Sharma along with senior leaders of the party today conducted extensive tour of the Kathua and adjoining localities and sought support of the people for Arshad Malik, party candidate for Udhampur-Doda Lok Sabha seat.
Addressing series of meetings at Ramnagar, Dasorta, Keeriyan, Kandyal, Jandoor, Mr Sharma asked the people to support PDP to change their destiny. He said that PDP has launched an aggressive campaign in the State for the change and Lok Sabha elections were trailer.
Seeking support of the people in general and youth in particular to throw out the present inept and corrupt system to bring positive change in the life of the commoners, Mr Sharma termed National Conference-Congress coalition as worst ever corrupt Government in the State.
Yash Pal Sharma reminded the gathering that PDP led regime had changed the fundamental of politics and administrative system through its conviction and commitment.
Highlighting problems of the unemployed youth, Sharma said that present Government had betrayed educated unemployed youth of the State. He reminded that National Conference during 2008 Assembly elections had promised to formulate a comprehensive policy to create job avenues for youth but the promise remained only on papers.
He threw light on the new employment policy announced by the coalition regime and said that this policy was nothing but a cruel joke with the educated unemployed youth of the State.
Jodh Singh Saini, Rakesh Kumar Babli, Rampal Sharma, Anil Kashyap, Vikash Updhay, Varinder Chalotra and others also spoke on the occasion.
