JAMMU, Aug 12: The Finance Department has communicated the ceiling for the District and UT Capex Budget under BE 2024-25 via the BEAMS portal, including the cap for all departments and District Development Commissioners. Departments and DDCs are instructed to promptly upload their approved work plans as per the B12 Statement to facilitate timely authorization and fund allocation.
