JAMMU, Mar 19: Over two dozen passengers were injured, when a mini-bus collided head-on with a bus near Dhayaran, falling under the jurisdiction of Kanachack police station.
As per sources, a bus bearing registration number JK02E-1023 was on its way to Akhnoor from Jammu, when it collided head-on with a mini-bus bearing registration number JK02AN-9478 coming from opposite direction near Dhayaran, resulting into injuries to 28 passengers.
On getting information, police team from Kanachack police station and locals rushed to the spot and started rescue operation.
All the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where they were undergoing treatment, when last reports came in.

A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Kanachack police station and investigation started.
