JAMMU, May 7: National Secular Forum (NSF), Jammu University Unit organized a programme at University campus to celebrate the birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore.
Ankush Abrol, Jammu Provincial joint secretary of NC was chief guest while Dr. Vikas Sharma, NC coordinator Jammu District (Urban) and Zonal secretary presided over the function.
T.R Sharma was guest of honour.
Activists of NSF paid tribute to Rabindranath Tagore and garlanded his portrait.
Speaking on the occasion Ankush Abrol threw light on the life of Tagore.
Dr. Vikas Sharma stressed upon the youth to shun their self-centered outlook and contribute in the development of the nation.
Mohd Umer Farooq, president University Unit also spoke on the occasion and Vineet Gupta, chairman University Unit delivered vote of thanks.
