JAMMU, Apr 3: Yudhvir Sethi, J&K BJP vice president, today asserted that the Modi Government’s relentless efforts have exposed the Congress and Valley based political parties for exploiting the people of Jammu and Kashmir with their decades-long reign of false narratives and skewed ideologies.
Addressing a meeting of party workers and members of Muslim community in Ragoora area falling under the East constituency, Yudhvir Sethi underscored how the Modi Government has brought to light the exploitative practices of parties like Congress, NC, and PDP, which have long propagated divisive narratives at the expense of the region’s development.
He emphasized that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have awakened to the reality that only the BJP possesses the resolve and vision to rescue them from the quagmire perpetuated by these erstwhile ruling parties.
The meeting was organized by Abdul Mehmood, Shakti Kendra Pramukh and was conducted under the chairmanship of Ajay Sharma, president Bajalta Mandal. In the meeting, Booth presidents, Alla Rakha, Vinod Kumar and Riyaz Ahmed; Yaseen, Chaman Lal, Mushtaq Ali, Parmodh Ahmed, Babu Ram Shiv Dayal, Jamat Ali, Mohd Hanif, Mohammad Butta and Liaqat Ali.
Sethi stated that under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed a paradigm shift towards inclusive governance. He espoused that BJP’s unwavering commitment to the welfare and development of all sections of society, regardless of their religious or cultural background, has deeply resonated with the Muslim community. This increasing trust and faith in the BJP’s leadership has led to a tangible sense of empowerment, belonging, and security among Muslims, who felt marginalized in the past, he added.
Expressing the BJP’s belief in principles of equality, justice, and progress for all, Sethi commended the Muslim community in the Union Territory for recognizing and embracing these values.
