JAMMU, Aug 30: Jammu University Non Teaching Employees Union (JUNTEU) accorded a warm send off to R S Dalpatia, Deputy Registrar, Harish Sharma, Senior Programmer and Ashok Ambardar, Assistant Registrar (II) who retired after attaining age of superannuation today.
The farewell was held in appreciation of their services rendered to the institution.
Sunil Sahi, president of the Union hailed the contribution of R S Dalpatia, Harish Sharma and Ashok Ambardar in serving the institution and said it was because of their lifelong service and commitment that JU achieved success and was excelling ahead with confidence.
The farewell was accorded during a simple but impressive function in the presence of Manoj Chauhan, general secretary, Ravi Gupta, vice-president, Ashwani Bakshi, joint secretary, Pervesh Ratta, organizing secretary, Abhinav Sharma, treasurer and executive members of the union.
R S Dalpatia, Harish Sharma and Ashok Ambardar thanked all the staff members present on the occasion and also conveyed their thanks to all those who stood by them during their long service in the University.
